North Star Human Service Zone partners with the Department of Health and Human Services to deliver exceptional Economic Assistance programs to our community. Agassiz Valley Human Service Zone supports the elderly and/or disabled community that wants to continue to be successful in their own home environment. Join our team as a Direct Care Associate! Direct Care Associates provide direct service to the elderly and/or disabled individuals in their home to enable them to continue to safely reside in their home/community.
