The Cass Human Service Zone Family Services Department serves to ensure the safety, permanency and well-being of children and families in our community. The position of In-Home/Foster Care Case Manager functions as a part of the Case Management Unit of the Family Services Division. Thorough, accurate and timely response and documentation are required skills. This position requires coordination with local service providers, law enforcement and legal entities, as well as emergency response planning.Zone business hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.This position requires some afterhours/non-traditional working hours including on-call scheduling.Frequent travel throughout Cass County, and occasional intrastate travel, is required.In-Home/Foster Care Case Manager - Example of DutiesProvision of overall case management to deprived, unruly and delinquent children and their families.Design, organize, implement, and monitor effectiveness of case plans. Minimum Qualifications

The primary role of the Nurse Case Manager is to coordinate care and services for injured workers who are covered by North Dakota Workforce Safety & Insurance. Duties include:Manage a caseload average of 20 to 30 cases depending on severity. Respond to catastrophic or complex injuries as requested by the claims adjuster. Initiate contact with the injured worker, treating physician, and care providers to thoroughly report the extent of injuries to the claims adjuster.Conduct daytime travel to surrounding areas for on-site visits to physician offices, physical therapy programs, hospitals, etc., to coordinate medical services for the injured worker, and assist in coordinating medically related services.Serve as a medical resource to the claims adjuster, legal department, and Workforce Safety & Insurance employees and provide monthly reports to the claims department on each case being managed to document case progress.Develop and file case management plan, correspondence, and documentation and reviews and/or revisions as needed for each case.Provide professional-level analysis of medical-related information in client treatment, therapy medications, cost containment measures, etc.Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive and maintain a State vehicle.Communicates clearly, effectively, and professionally to those internal and external to WSI.

Minimum Qualifications

Requires licensure as a Registered Nurse by the North Dakota Board of Nursing or licensure in another state and meets the eligibility requirements for licensure in North Dakota.One year of patient care RN work experience.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this position as a Fleet and Equipment III, you must have a Class B Driver License, completed a two-year curriculum in automotive or diesel/industrial equipment technology, and 2 years of work experience performing duties similar in type and complexity as those listed in the .Completion of a three-year master technology program and one year of work experience performing duties listed in the can substitute for the 2-year curriculum and 2 years of experience.Work experience performing duties similar in type and complexity to those to be performed on vehicles and equipment like those to be serviced may be substituted for the educational requirement of the basis of one year of work experience for one year of education.To be considered for this position as a Fleet and Equipment II, you must have, at minimum, a Class A permit by the first day of employment, completed a two-year curriculum in automotive or diesel/industrial equipment technology.Work experience performing duties similar in type and complexity to those to be performed on vehicles and equipment like those to be serviced may be substituted for the educational requirement of the basis of one year of work experience for one year of education.The employee will then have 12 months to take the behind-the-wheel exam and get the class A driver's license with air brakes and with a cargo-tank endorsement. The district will make the equipment available for the employee to practice driving during this time. As a Functional Family Therapist, you will provide evidence-based services to families with youth ages 11 through 18 years old who are at risk or have been referred for behavioral or emotional problems. The Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model is designed to empower youth and families by creating strength-based behavior change that will be sustained long after treatment ends.
