Support and make an everlasting impact to the citizens of North Dakota as a Sr. Threat Intelligence Analyst. This position primarily focusses on the identification, analysis, processing, and distribution of finished intelligence to The State of North Dakota. As a Sr. Threat Intelligence Analyst, you will:* Focus on the identification, analysis, processing, and distribution of finished and actionable intelligence products. * Help fulfill and vet high-quality papers, briefings, recommendations, and findings that help support key decision makers. * Gather, synthesize, and analyze open-source intelligence information.* Collect and analyze threat intelligence to use and guide opportunities for detections, protection, and risk-based remediation strategies.* Give briefings on the latest threat intelligence information to the Joint Cyber Operations Center, State Entities, and the State of North Dakota* Develop the threat intelligence team for the State of North Dakota including gathering requirements, building workflows, and working with customer to meet their threat intelligence needsTo succeed in this position, you will need to be able to disseminate completed and actionable threat intelligence packages including reports, briefs, and action plans. You will work in a collaborative environment, and communicate in a clear, concise manner with a variety of audiences. North Dakota Information Technology (NDIT) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity for college students interested in gaining hands-on experience in IT project management within state government As a part of NDIT's Project Management Office, the apprentice will work alongside our PMO team members to support the project management needs of state agencies. The role involves building relationships, providing administrative support, working with vendors, and managing small internal projects.About the Apprenticeship program:* Apprentices must complete 32-40 hours a week of on-the-job training with NDIT while enrolled in a degree program at an accredited North Dakota college or university.* Tuition and fees for up to two years of courses are covered by NDIT as long as the apprentice maintains a grade of C or higher in all classes and meets all academic requirements of the learning institution.* Students must be pursuing an associate degree or already have an associate degree and be pursuing a bachelor's degree. * The Apprentice will execute a two-year sign on agreement with NDIT, to commence after the apprenticeship/degree program is completed. Should the apprentice terminate employment with NDIT before the two-year period ends, the Apprentice agrees to reimburse NDIT for the amount paid to the learning institution.Key Responsibilities1. Project Scheduling and Reporting * Work with the Project Controls Program Manager/Team Lead to learn project scheduling best practices and develop proficiency in this area.* Use PMO project management methods, software, and tools to schedule projects, track progress against baselines, and generate reports.* Provide stakeholders with project status updates and performance metrics.* Assist PMO staff with administration tasks related to the project portfolio management system. 2. Project Coordination * Contribute to project documentation and communication using Microsoft O365 tools (e.g., Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).* Assist with the collection and validation of project information.* Help prepare project status reports and provide real-time updates as tasks are completed by multiple teams.* Support PMO staff in maintaining project data, including tasks, dates, resources, issues, risks, and key decisions.* Lead small, low-risk, or small-budget IT projects through their full lifecycle under supervision from PMO leadership.* Participate in and/or lead project meetings and other professional interactions. 3.
