Executive Office - Remote within the US - Data Governance LeadHelp the state's largest agency make strong decisions as the Data Governance Lead. The ND Health and Human Services (NDHHS) is standing up a data governance program and is seeking the right individual to lead the effort.As the Data Governance Lead , you will be the guiding light in creating business value from data. In this role, you will create a shared vision and strategies for data use in enterprise decision making. In partnership with decision makers, you will identify ways to define data in a consistent manner and to establish meta data for each Enterprise Data Element. Finally, you will develop data stewards to implement data governance principles throughout the agency and to build trust in data driven decision-making.To be successful in this role , you are most likely an open-minded data junkie who preaches data governance and data quality.
