The primary role of the Nurse Case Manager is to coordinate care and services for injured workers who are covered by North Dakota Workforce Safety & Insurance. Duties include:Manage a caseload average of 20 to 30 cases depending on severity. Respond to catastrophic or complex injuries as requested by the claims adjuster. As a team member for ND Department of Human Services, you will ensure the most vulnerable have access to a high-quality healthcare system in which prevention works, treatment is effective, and people recover.As an Occupational Therapist with the South Central Human Service Center, you will assess youth and adults and design occupational therapy treatment plans as part of psychiatric rehabilitation. On a daily basis, you will help individuals to develop, recover, and maintain their ability to perform tasks critical to life, school and work. This position also assists with the supervision of Occupational Therapy Students and COTA's in solving problems related to occupational therapy programming.
