BISMARCK, N.D. – Construction on Bismarck Expressway and Washington Street will be temporarily cleared beginning Friday evening, May 26. Construction will resume in a new configuration on Tuesday, May 30.

BISMARCK, ND - In anticipation of the upcoming travel season, the North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) kicked off the 2023 construction season with a news conference today in Fargo to discuss upcoming projects and work zone safety. This year’s construction season consists of approximately $600 million in projects throughout North Dakota to enhance the state highway system.

A public input meeting will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on May 30 at the Sleep Inn & Suites Conference Center, Sunrise Room - 2400 10th Street SW in Minot. The meeting will be an open house with a formal presentation starting at 5:30 p.m.
