The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) will begin fall mowing operations along state highways in early September.

Traffic control under the State Street bridge on Interstate 94 will be removed Friday, Sept. 1, to ease traffic flow for Labor Day weekend. 

One of the detours on State Street starting the evening of Tuesday, Aug. 29, has been adjusted.

An Army Corps of Engineers project along the east side of U.S. Highway 83 will require a lane closure for a two-mile stretch of the highway north of Coleharbor between mile markers 155-157. Road work will begin Monday, Aug. 28 and will continue as long as the weather permits.

A public input meeting will be held from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 31, at the Alfred Dickey Public Library in Jamestown, 105 3rd St. SE.

The middle and inside (left) southbound lanes of State Street will close Sunday, Aug. 20, at 4 p.m. for evening and overnight work. By Monday morning, only the middle southbound lane will remain closed for construction work.
