Color Definitions
In all cases, the following qualitative definitions apply:
- Poor - Service level does not meet expectations for the majority or all of the services rolled up to that index (i.e. targets are not being met).
- Good but at Risk - Typically service levels meet expectations for all services rolled up to that index, but one or more are within a range that is uncomfortably close to the minimum expected value (i.e. targets are being met but should be monitored). It is also possible to reach this rating if most of the service levels significantly exceed the minimum expected level and one service level is slightly below the expected service level.
- Good - Service levels exceed expectations for all services rolled up to that index (i.e. targets are being met).
