The project consists of full pavement replacement, ADA ramp upgrades, and pavement markings from Birch Street to ND Hwy 32, and upgraded street lighting east of ND Hwy 32.

A Public Input Meeting will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. CST on May 2, 2023, at the Fargo Readiness Center - 3270 40th Avenue North, Fargo, ND 58102. The Public Input Meeting will utilize an open house format with a presentation starting at 5:15 p.m. CST.
