About the Project
Project consists of mill and overlay of North Dakota Highway 18 with additional milling and overlaying of the bike path adjacent to Highway 18. A portion of Parke Avenue within the City of Portland from Broadway Avenue to Grand Forks Avenue will be reconstructed. Curb ramps along both Highway 18 and the bike path will be checked for ADA compliance. Pedestrian ramps found out of compliance will be replaced.
