BISMARCK, N.D. – The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) will host two public input meetings next week to discuss proposed improvements to four structures along Interstate 94. The structures being discussed are the Glen Ullin Interchange, Bluegrass Interchange, Almont Interchange, and Long Lake Interchange.
The meetings will be held at the Steele Community Center, 103 W. Broadway, in Steele on March 11 and Glen Ullin City Auditorium - Blue Room, 201 Main St. S., in Glen Ullin on March 12.
Both meetings will have an open house format from 5 to 7 p.m. and a formal presentation at 5:30 p.m. The content presented will be the same at each meeting.
The project includes bridge deck overlays, replacement of approach slabs, and minor bridge repair work. It is anticipated that the bridges will be closed, and traffic detoured during construction.
Representatives from the NDDOT and Ulteig Engineers will be on hand to answer questions and discuss concerns.
A pre-recorded presentation and other materials are available on the NDDOT website at www.dot.nd.gov/public-input.
If unable to attend the meeting, written comments must be postmarked or emailed by March 27, 2024, with “Public Input Meeting - PCN 23768” in the letter heading or e-mail subject. Send all comments to Mary Boechler at 3350 38th Ave. S. Fargo, ND 58104 or mary.boechler@ulteig.com.
