The Local Public Agency (LPA) Right of Way Acquisition Manual is a guide to right of way acquisition procedures that must be observed by LPA representatives in the acquisition of road right of way.
Information and procedures discussed in this manual apply to all North Dakota road projects that involve the participation of federal funding, regardless of whether federal monies are used in the actual project right of way costs.
If you have questions concerning LPA guidelines, contact the NDDOT.
