PDF Viewer Troubleshooting Instructions
To view most of the documents on our website, you will need a PDF viewer. You can get the latest version of Adobe Reader at the following link.
Downloading A PDF From Our Website
If you are experiencing any issues opening or downloading PDF documents from our website, you can try any of the following options listed below.
- If the PDF/form does not open a web browser, you can right-click on the PDF link and select "Save Link As" or "Save Target As". This will download the file without having to open it in the web browser.
- Once saved/downloaded, open the saved file using your computer's file system. If you open the saved file from the web browser’s download tab, you may run into the same issue as before.
- Open the file from the saved file location using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Follow these steps to change the browser settings:

- Make sure "Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome" is selected

Firefox
