In Section 20 sheet 2. Label "H", is this 8" Corrugated Metal Pipe attaching to polyethylene?

For the Pipe Conduit 8IN bid item we would be looking for PVC pipe to attach to the perforated drain, not corrugated metal. SDR 35 or equivalent would be sufficient.

Is the polyethylene corr perf 8IN drain single wall or dual wall?

The pipe will need to be dual wall.

In Section 110 on Sheet 1 it is calling for a 4.9' inside/outside sleeve, but no size listed. Is this sleeve required? If so, what size is it?

The sleeve is not needed.
