About The Project
The Highway 83 Culvert Replacement project began August 4, 2025, and is expected to be completed by late October 2025. The project includes replacing the existing structural steel pipe beneath U.S. Highway 83/South Broadway Street with a concrete box culvert, as well as signal replacements and road resurfacing. These upgrades will enhance drainage, improve safety, and extend the life of the roadway.
