Should standard D-704-24 Type HH be utilized for the shoulder closures on I94? D-704-12 is only for the shoulder tapers prior to lane closures tapers, PCMS, and signal systems closures when needed.

Yes Standard D-704-24 Type HH should be used instead of D-704-12 for the shoulder closures. The changes will be included in an addendum.
