The proposal form indicates a 10/18/24 project completion date, and plan note 108-P01 Contract Time for Completion says complete and open to traffic on or before November 8th, 2024 with a 90 calendar day maximum corridor closure. What date is the project completion date for the project?

Question 2
The project is set up with foundation fill to be placed under the box culverets - if the subgrade below any box culverts requires small rock to be placed in addition to the the foundation fill aggregate because of unsuitable soils/ect. Would the rock be paid for under a change order?
DOT Response
If the engineer determines additional foundation fill is required beyond the plan 2’ depth, it will be paid for at the bid price for foundation fill. If the Contractor requests to use rock as some or all of the foundation fill, it will be paid for at the bid price for Foundation Fill and must be approved by the Engineer prior.

Any supplemental data for this project? I would be looking for any alignments, profiles, design surfaces, existing surfaces, digital cross-sections, topography files, design geometry etc.
