Beings the T.C. for all six sites is listed under the same project number will it be paid as the "most items used at 1 time" or will all the items used on each bridge be paid separately even if only 2 or 3 bridges are set up at a time?

All traffic control signs and devices used on each bridge will be paid separately even if only 2 or 3 bridges are set up at a time. The same holds true for the LANE CLOSURE-SIGNAL CONTROL/FLAGGING CONTROL. Each site will be paid separately regardless of the number of sites worked on at one time. If flaggers are used in lieu of the signals, those flaggers will not be paid by the hour, rather they will be paid as LANE CLOSURE-SIGNAL CONTROL/FLAGGING CONTROL by the Each. Each site has one LANE CLOSURE-SIGNAL CONTROL/FLAGGING CONTROL regardless of the number of individual signals or flaggers required per site.
