About the Project

The purpose of the public input meeting is to discuss proposed road reconstruction project in Valley City, North Dakota along 2nd Street North from 3rd Avenue Northwest to 5th Avenue Northeast; 3rd Avenue Northeast from Main Street East to 2nd Street Northeast; and 4th Avenue Northeast from Main Street East to 4th Street Northeast.

The proposed project would consist of full depth street reconstruction, including water and sanitary sewer main replacement and storm sewer improvements; driveway approach and sidewalk improvements; ADA ramp replacement; and roadway lighting improvements.

Special Accommodation

The City of Valley City will consider every request for reasonable accommodation to provide:

  • an accessible meeting facility or other accommodation for people with disabilities,  
  • language interpretation for people with limited English proficiency (LEP), and  
  • translations of written material necessary to access NDDOT programs and information.

Appropriate provisions will be considered when the City is notified at least 10 days prior to the meeting date or the date the written material translation is needed.
