To receive public input and comments on proposed improvements to Washington Street from 5th Avenue S to 1st Avenue N in Grand Forks. The project consists of reconstruction of Washington Street, drainage improvements, retaining wall and railroad bridge rehabilitation and pedestrian upgrades.

Comment period: April 1 through April 16, 2021.
