Public Input Meeting to be held on May 8, 2014, to discuss Proposed Improvements to ND Highway 49 in the vicinity of the Knife River Bridge area near Beulah. A Public Input Meeting will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 pm CDT on Thursday, May 8 at the Beulah Civic Center. The meeting will utilize an open house format with a formal presentation at 5:30 pm CDT.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss proposed improvements to the Knife River Bridge area. The project consists of a new highway bridge to include the multi-use trail and a new entrance to the golf course and park. The meeting will provide opportunity for public input. The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) Central will be in attendance to answer questions.
