in Devils Lake, North Dakota along 8th Avenue
Southeast SE from 11th Street SE to 17th Street SE;
10th Avenue SE from 15th Street SE to 17th Street
SE; 16th Street SE from 10th Avenue SE to 17th
Street SE; and 17th Street SE from 8th Avenue SE to
the U.S Highway 2 junction. The project would
include subgrade repair, hot mix asphalt, and curb
and gutter.
