To discuss the proposed road reconstruction project in Valley City, North Dakota along 2nd Avenue Northeast (NE), from 2nd Street NE to 5th Street NE and approximately 250 feet of 4th Street NE; 3rd Street NE, from Central Avenue to 3rd Avenue NE; and 3rd Avenue NE, from 2nd Street NE to 3rd Street NE. The proposed project would consist of full depth street reconstruction, including water and sanitary sewer main replacement and storm sewer improvements; driveway approach and sidewalk improvements; ADA ramp replacement; and roadway lighting improvements.
