The construction project taking place on ND Hwy. 23 from the 4 Bear Bridge to the northwest truck relieve route at New Town, will not have any activity Friday, Aug. 2, through Sunday, Aug. 4. Traffic will move through the project area as normal over the weekend, but motorists should know that edgeline striping is not in place on the roadway at this time. Paving operations will resume again on Monday, Aug. 5. During the paving operations, pilot cars will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. Motorists may experience delays while waiting for the pilot cars.
The project is expected to be completed by August 7.
The NDDOT would like to remind motorists to slow down and use caution throughout the work zone.
