The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) along with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) are opening the Sorlie Bridge on Business US 2 (Demers Ave) in Grand Forks/East Grand Forks today at 4 p.m. Water levels have receded and the bridge is safe for travel.
