A Public Input Meeting will be held from 4:00
p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on October 29, 2018 at the Traill County Courthouse at 114
West Caledonia Ave, Hillsboro, ND. The Public Input Meeting will utilize
an open house format.
The purpose of the Public Input Meeting is to
discuss proposed improvements for the 153rd Ave SE Bridge over the Elm River,
located south of ND Highway 18 at mile 109.934, and for the 152nd Ave SE Bridge
over the Elm River, located south of ND Highway 18 at mile 110.903. The
project consists of removing and replacing the existing 153rd Ave SE Bridge with
a new structure, and removing the existing 152nd Ave SE Bridge. The
Public Input Meeting will provide opportunity for public input. Representatives
from the ND Department of Transportation will be on hand to answer questions
and discuss concerns.

written statements or comments must be mailed by November 13, 2018 to Randall
