northbound roadway of I-29, north of Pembina will experience brief closures on
Thursday, October 18 as overhead sign structures are installed. Traffic will be
stopped for approximately 15 minutes at two different times during the hours of
9:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Thursday while crews will use a crane to install
overhead sign trusses. Highway Patrol will be blocking the roadway during the
15 minute crane operation. Motorists should not expect major delays beyond the
brief closure for the crane operation.
