road, installing lighting and adding a turning lane near the Family Dollar
Store. Motorists should expect short delays and plan accordingly.
Speeds will be reduced to 40 mph through the construction zone
Flaggers will be present when needed to direct traffic
Short delays of up to 10 minutes should be expected
