Public Input Meeting November 28 to discuss proposed improvements to the I-94 East Medora Interchange (Exit 27) Bridge and Fryburg Interchange (Exit 36) Bridge

A Public Input Meeting will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on November 28, 2017 at the Billings County Building at 495 4th St., Medora, ND.  The Public Input Meeting will utilize an open house format.

The purpose of the Public Input Meeting is to discuss proposed improvements and detour routes for the East Medora Interchange (Exit 27), located on I-94 at mile 27.243, and for Fryburg Interchange (Exit 36), located on I-94 at mile 36.861. The project consists of overlaying the bridge decks of the two structures and other incidentals. The Public Input Meeting will provide opportunity for public input. Representatives from the ND Department of Transportation will be on hand to answer questions and discuss concerns.

If unable to attend the Public Input Meeting, written statements or comments must be mailed by December 13, 2017 to Randall Sandvig, Bridge Division, NDDOT, 608 E Boulevard Ave, Bismarck, ND 58505-0700 or with “Public Input Meeting” in the e-mail subject heading.

The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) will consider every request for reasonable accommodation to provide:

  •  an accessible meeting facility or other accommodation for people with disabilities,
  • language interpretation for people with limited English proficiency (LEP), and

  • translations of written material necessary to access NDDOT programs and information.
