A second public input meeting for Memorial Highway will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on September 24 at Midway Lanes, 3327 Memorial Highway in Mandan, ND. The meeting will include a presentation at 5:30 p.m. as well as opportunities to speak with project staff and share comments.
While all are welcome to attend, this meeting is intended to provide interested parties who were unable to attend the July public input meeting with an opportunity to interact with the project team. Information shared will be the same as what was shared at the July public input meeting.
The purpose of this public input meeting is to discuss the proposed reconstruction of Memorial Highway in Mandan. The project consists of constructing an urban roadway section and includes adding sidewalks or trails, improving traffic operations and intersection safety, improving drainage, and providing safe access to businesses. The meeting will provide an opportunity for public input. Representatives from the North Dakota Department of Transportation, City of Mandan, and HDR Engineering, Inc. will be present and available to answer questions.
