Hwy19/20 until crews can complete the signal system. Traffic will be
shifted east and west to accommodate the remaining work along Hwy 20.
Pedestrian traffic will be maintained and limited to the west side of Hwy
20. Motorists and pedestrians should note that construction activities
will still be taking place along Hwy 20 and are reminded to take extra
precaution while traveling through the Underpass.
and Pedestrian restrictions will consist of:
- Hwy 20 traffic limited to the two center lanes with three way stop at Hwy 19/20 intersection.
- Pedestrians will be limited to the west side of Hwy 20 and will be flagged as necessary during operations.
The Devils Lake Underpass Project has many phases that will
require numerous changes to traffic and pedestrian flow patterns. Motorists
should reduce speeds, follow signs and know that traffic control will
frequently change throughout the duration of the project.
