Welcome to the North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) Website. This site is full of useful information about our roads, services and programs. It is important to know about road conditions before you take any trips. Our new enhanced travel information map provides access to current road conditions across the state. You will find printable PDF maps, mobile device compatible travel information and a weather radar function to assist you with your travel plans. In addition, motorists can call 511 to access road condition information on the go. Since weather conditions change rapidly, it is important to “know before you go” and continually monitor road conditions throughout your trip. Please watch for snowplows and slow down when they are present, be aware of the road conditions and adjust your speed accordingly.
