Bid Results Notice

As a result of the increased use of electronic bidding, the NDDOT is now able to post all bid results shortly after the bids have been received. NDDOT will continue to have public bid openings. However, effective January 1, 2010, the NDDOT will no longer read bids aloud and will discontinue the live broadcast of bid openings on the internet. In an effort to streamline the process and provide bid results more immediately, the bids will be printed and distributed to all participants at the bid opening in Bismarck. The results will also be posted on the NDDOT website approximately 30 minutes after the time bids are due for public review.
