This page contains a listing of the most current NDDOT construction bid opening dates and projects, bidding requirements, online bidding information, plans, proposals and reports. The projects listed on this page are projects that are currently being developed, pending the availability of funding. These projects will be bid in the time frame shown, only if, adequate federal aid is received to fund this program.

There is a mandatory upgrade to Expedite 5.9A. This new version will be required for the October 15, 2010 bid opening.

Bid Results Notice

As a result of the increased use of electronic bidding, the NDDOT is now able to post all bid results shortly after the bids have been received. NDDOT will continue to have public bid openings. However, effective January 1, 2010, the NDDOT will no longer read bids aloud and will discontinue the live broadcast of bid openings on the Internet. In an effort to streamline the process and provide bid results more immediately, the bids will be printed and distributed to all participants at the bid opening in Bismarck. The results will also be posted on the NDDOT website approximately 30 minutes after the time bids are due for public review. For bid results click on "eplans" under reports below.
